Located in the heart of Mountain Village at the main gondola station terminal, the original design was slated to feature world class modern design in a truly majestic setting. With the magnificent San Juan Mountains as a backdrop, this luxury family escape will offer ski-in/ski-out access and easy accessibility to the numerous dining, entertainment and shopping options available in the area.
The original project planned to offer close to 20,000 square feet of village retail, including options for dining, clothing and other goods with a 10,000 square foot public plaza featuring inviting landscaping, a grand outdoor fireplace with seating for summer and winter and various opportunities for outdoor gatherings and entertainment. A private, members only ski club will be available to residents and guests and will offer ski storage, ski valet services (during peak times) and a members lounge and restroom. Plaza amenities will also include public ski storage and restroom facilities.
A total of 83 luxury residences are planned, including all sizes, from efficiency units through six and seven bedroom penthouse units, all in a full-service building. Sizes range from 550 square feet to over 6,000 square feet with expansive balconies and terraces in select units. Silverline combines dynamic architectural forms with traditional alpine materials. This combination allows the building to make a strong architectural statement while integrating itself into its environment. The interiors are designed to complement and enhance the organic nature of the exterior architecture and emphasize our goal of providing a world-class, year-round family environment with resort amenities.
